What a dream team! We had an unusual job and not only did my contact at the office, Annabelle, understand perfectly, but our movers didn’t blink. All we had to do was point and they packed everything up carefully (dishes and all!) and quickly. They played a masterful game of Tetris putting all of our boxes in our moving pod. When it’s time for the next move (slowly moving my parents out of their home) I will absolutely call 617.
Us moving from the South End to Back Bay was already a big job, especially with my large home office and those fragile glass boards I bought during the pandemic. They crack easily if they’re tilted the wrong way, so I was honestly nervous about transporting them. The team at 617 Boston Movers handled everything carefully. Best moving experience I’ve had in the Boston area. Hard workers, serious, polite and everything is quoted upfront. When they could use extra padding or wrapping, they always ask if you want it instead of doing it and then charging. This was a very pleasant moving experience.
I have moved quite a few times over the last few years and this was by far the best moving experience I have had. The movers showed up right on time, were extremely efficient, and very careful with my belongings. They had to do a three story move and completed everything within 3 hours. Great experience, highly recommended.
Maine could have been stressful moving from Allston to Portland, but 617 Boston Movers made the whole process smooth and easy. The team was careful with all our belongings, our bike, plants, and kitchen items were handled thoughtfully.
