I could only give these guys 5 stars. I would definitely give them way more than that! From Eric, who came to give us an estimate, to the crew that did the moving, they were great! These guys love their job and do it fantastically. They moved us into a rental as we’re having a house built and will need them again. We will certainly be requesting the same crew for that move. Great company! Great service!
Brandon & Crew was so courteous and respectful. They were very attentive and had superb customer service!!! Also, Eric Wright for getting my family set up to move . We really appreciate you guys!!! Without a doubt this was the best experience start to finish. Thomas walked my wife through everything and the moving crew were just 3 awesome young men. They were very and I mean very on top of what they do and worked very hard to meet and exceed our expectations. I will without a doubt recommend your company to anyone needing movers. Love the service I received from AmericanWay. They arrived within the time frame given. Brandon and Lorenzo Introduced themselves when they arrived and were very personable. They made sure my walls did not get touched while moving the furniture. Also it was raining outside and they made sure all of the furniture was covered before taking it to the truck. Thanks for a job well done!
Repsonse to Owner: I understand the company’s explanation about the $0.60/lb liability, but the fact remains that I paid $2,764.40 for this move and was left with a broken TV worth nearly $600 and only $43 in compensation. The liability waiver may be legal, but it doesn’t make this outcome reasonable or fair. As for the crew behavior, I did not raise it during the claims emails because I was trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt and not nitpick every concern.
