I’d like to save you some time with an honest review if you are considering American Way for a long distance move. They came in less expensive than Upack and Pods. Additionally, the cost of renting a U-Haul, Penske, or Enterprise truck was a little less but when you calculate the gas cost it’s about the same rate as American Way. This is the second time my daughter and I have used American Way Van & Storage. As before they did an excellent job. Thomas Vann was so helpful in helping solve any problems and answer any questions we had . I felt comfortable calling Thomas anytime and he always responded with a friendly attitude. This is moving company I highly recommend. I keep them in my contacts for future reference if I need them again.
These movers were much better than the movers that I’ve hired in the past, and their price was fair. I could see that the guys were trying very hard to be careful not to ding my walls, and they didn’t. They had to take apart a large roll-top desk in order to get it upstairs where they reassembled it. I appreciated their good work so much that when I had to move a large and heavy item from my garage to the inside about six months later, I called them again. Eric, thanks. Sincerely, Vic
I was packed today with move on Monday. Brandon and the guys were great! Very flexible with my instructions and were careful not to let my cats escape! Seriously I would recommend them again in a heartbeat. I will leave a Part Two review after Monday's move is complete. Part Two-the move and unpacking went very smoothly! Also want to add Eric Wright's consistent attention during the move as the overall project manager!
Great experience with this moving company! The movers were friendly, efficient, and pricing was very reasonable. Entire process was smooth and will definitely recommend them.
