I’d like to save you some time with an honest review if you are considering American Way for a long distance move. They came in less expensive than Upack and Pods. Additionally, the cost of renting a U-Haul, Penske, or Enterprise truck was a little less but when you calculate the gas cost it’s about the same rate as American Way. Our experience with our American Way Van & Storage and National Van Lines 2300-mile move was exceptional from beginning to end. It started with a home visit by Thomas of American Way. He clearly explained the moving process, helped us inventory out belongings and gave us helpful tips on effective packing. We had an awesome group of young men who moved us. Brandon’s team was very professional, respectful and courteous. They were helpful in placing furniture where we wanted and getting all our appliances up and running. I would not hesitate one minute to hire American Way & Van Storage again. Brandon and his crew were great!!! Made our move with little kids easy. Highly recommend. Eric Wright was very helpful getting our moved set up and even moved our move date up by 2 days last minute.
The communication was great, the price was fantastic. I was so happy with the movers and their care to help me relocate. I have a few items made of glass that I was extremely happy made it. I would recommend anyone to use them. If I have to relocate again I will definitely be using them again.
