We hired BackBreakers NW July 2024 to partially pack a household of furniture and move into storage in Burlington 124 miles away. The packing crew was courteous and seemed competent. Later after seeing how a different BackBreakers crew unloaded and packed things the next day, I decided I would not use them to move my things into a house a year later. BackBreakers NW was fantastic to work with. They helped us unload and safely set up large commercial physical therapy clinic equipment, and their professionalism and attention to safety made a huge difference. The crew worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and truly functioned as a great team. They helped us think through placement and logistics and really put all the puzzle pieces together. We are very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.

Awesome and Tricky Appliance Move! What an incredible experience! This team handled a complicated appliance move with professionalism, creativity, and great energy. The job wasn’t easy, but they approached every challenge with a positive attitude and real teamwork. Their problem-solving skills and communication made all the difference. My realtor recommended Backbrakers. They are excellent. Luke in the office is always helpful and responsive. The team arrived on time. They had to fit all of our stuff in to two crates.
