This review is back up due to the company purposely interfering with our damages claim against them, resulting in the claims company refusing to reimburse us. We purchased full valuation insurance through "their recommended company" (a major red flag and potential insurance fraud alert) totaling $570 for $20,000 of coverage. I contacted BC to arrange a move from a rental into our permanent home. I was immediately contacted and after sending several photos of our belongings I was sent a quote and timeframe. So far so good. A few days before the move in was sent messages concerning additional insurance which unfortunately would not open. So elected to forgo it and that would be a huge mistake. BC brothers were absolutely amazing! Tim and Wray worked so hard for my mother and I. I can’t recommend these guys enough for any of your moving needs. Thank you guys for all your help, being so careful with all of our stuff and making the day as least stressful as possible!
Tried them because they are a smaller local company and I wanted to support them… however this was a massive mistake. They sent two guys who were extremely respectful I will give them that however that’s about the only good thing I can say. They damaged door frames, and okay no big deal I can fix that I even reached out to the operations manager who said they won’t refund again no big deal, offered to help fix and I was cool with that but called 15 minutes later to offer to cover the cost of supplies to fix… but while movi... read more
The best moving experience we have ever had. The men working were so friendly and helpful. It was a LONG day, and they kept a great attitude the entire time. They were super careful with everything and wrapped the furniture extremely well. I wouldn't have asked for anything to be different.
