Hired them to load our moving trailer. A trailer equipped with tools to lock things in place to make sure nothing moves during transport.. the guys arrived and seemed experienced so we just stayed out of their way. They finished ahead of time which we thought was a good thing at the time until we arrived at our destination and realized that they rushed through loading the trailer and tons of our stuff was damaged because they did not load it securely or use the equipment provided. Had an excellent moving experience with Blue Cow! Great customer service and responsiveness from setting up the move through moving day. Noah and Brandon helped us on move day. They were both quick, thorough and friendly. It was clear they were pros as they handled the big furniture down three stories. They disassembled and reassembled everything quickly and provided all the moving supplies to keep our belongings safe during the move. My wife and I used Blue Cow to pack and move our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The packing crew — Noah, Landon, and Justin — did a fantastic job getting everything boxed up the day before the move. Noah, the crew lead, took the time to ask questions and walk through the house on both the packing and moving days to make sure everything we needed packed and moved was accounted for. Astounding experience from the very first phone call! The company was so great at staying in contact with me. Easy to get estimate and move times.
