Pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the first time I used BoxStar and was not disappointed. Everything was calm and easy. The office staff were accommodating and available. The moving staff arrived on time and provided arrival reminders. They were friendly and efficient, and worked well as a team. Everything was packed up, moved and placed in the new home in very little time. No questions, we would use them again next time.

Ochir and Adam were professional, polite and valued our time. Highly recommend them- none of our items were broken, they wrapped furniture pieces in blankets and were so very careful and cautious. A special shout out to Diana in their office for accommodating all of our special needs and wants.
I contracted with BoxStar Movers for a local move in DC. The move was pretty straightforward but still caused me some anxiety.
