I have used more than a handful of professional movers over the past few years and, unfortunately, have had my share of horror stories. Because of that, I never had the desire to re-use a moving company. That was until our most recent move yesterday. My crew was outstanding!! They arrived on time, had everything ready to go, and made our move completely seamless. These guys (Garcia & Victor🤗) were amazing!! Friendly, fast yet careful, and saved me tons of work. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), quickly assessed the job and immediately got busy! When we got to the other place, which doesn’t have an elevator AND is a bilevel unit, they told me to let them know where I wanted everything. They took the items to the location, unwrapped and set everything up! I move often, and I’m hoping not to do it again anytime soon BUT if I do, I am certainly using this company agai... read more

Highly recommend if you’re looking for movers in the DMV. Boxstar was great to work with throughout the process. The first person I spoke to when I got my quote was Zee, and she was very nice and knowledgeable. The company sent reminder messages, and I got a text from the moving crew when they were about 15 minutes from my apartment. The crew (I can’t remember their names!) was very efficient. We were moving a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom from OH to VA. I called the Box Movers 1 week before our move. They were very precise and actually worked with the pricing as well. The movers arrived 5 minutes before actual time, helped me with moving and parking the U-Hale, They were respectful with a have a nice attitude. Seiit and Ochiro were wonderful ! They moved our furniture carefully and fast. I am very satisfied of choosing this moving company!
