Javier and Emilio arrived and finished the packing and wrapped up my furniture. packed the truck with precision and care. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Charlie and Alex were so kind and professional during our move. They treated our furniture better than we do. Their white glove movers reputation is totally earned. They laid runners, wore gloves, and took their time placing everything. No nicks, no mess—just excellent service.
Empire sent two workers and a box truck to move my wife and I from Queens to our new home in Long Island. They were professional, communicative, considerate, prompt, polite, and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this service. These gentleman worked extremely hard and dillegently to make sure we were moved and settled.
Alex and Ivan were top-notch movers. They came in with a plan, wrapped my antique cabinet like it was made of glass, and double-checked every box. They even gave me a few tips on how to unpack so things don’t get chaotic. That kind of service sticks with you.
