First-Rate was first rate! They were very flexible and responsive to my inquiries and schedule changes during the process. We had furniture temporarily moved to a POD (provided by First-Rate) from our 2nd floor while hardwood flooring was being installed. After the project was completed, the First-Rate team returned the furniture to the second floor. First-Rate's prices were very reasonable. Working with First-Rate Moving & Storage was an exceptional experience. Daniel, our communication point, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The team was exceptionally accommodating and efficient, making the relocation from New Hampshire to Tennessee a breeze. They took extreme care and worked diligently throughout the process. We had the most amazing 2 day experience with Justin, Edwin, and Eddy from First Rate. We had to empty out our family house that has accumulated life for 60 years. 1/3 went to storage, 1/3 went to metals recycling and the rest went to donation and they handled it all. 3 of the nicest, most professional guys I’ve ever worked with. Can’t recommend them enough. Working with Daniel on all the arrangements was also a great experience. Thank you First Rate!

Team did an outstanding job working through the challenges of moving a baby grand piano. This was over 600 lbs. The piano was carefully wrapped and protected, arriving at its new home in perfect condition without incident.

Excellent service from Jay. He was very personable, efficient, and made the moving process very simple/stress-free. Took the time to ensure all items were packaged appropriately for moving. He gave me a lot of confidence in his company. Highly recommended.
