We chose Great Stuff Moving because of the many positive reviews and expected a smooth experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the amount of damage that occurred during our move: both to several expensive furniture pieces and to our new home itself. Mark and Cam were excellent. They were fast and very careful with my belongings. No damage to anything. I had very heavy furniture and they handled it like rockstars. They even went above and beyond for me, which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite, called me sir, and had very friendly personalities. I would recommend you request them for your move. Good Stuff Moving did a PHENOMINAL job with our 3600 square foot house move. While we packed it all, this load had 2 destinations; one of which was temporary storage where we had 2 units. The crew professionally packed these units with Tetris precision. The whole day these men were professional, respectful and diligently working. We’ve used Good Stuff Moving a few times now, and they continue to impress every time! Their communication is outstanding—emails, texts, and calls kept us informed every step of the way. The movers were super friendly, courteous, and professional. They were clear about their fees and there were no surprises. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. The moving crew, Austin Fierro and George Lopez, were right on time and were very polite and friendly. I showed them what needed to be moved and they got the job finished within the quoted time frame, even with the big snow storm the night before. Austin explained everything to me in detail, so I understood what to expect and everything I was signing for. I really appreciated his professionalism and hard work and would definitely use this company again in the future.
