Absolutely terrible experience with Happy Helpers Moving Co. They damaged my sofa and dresser, then mischarged me for time with the movers. When I tried to get a resolution, my calls and scheduled appointment calls went ignored, and the few responses I did get were evasive answers. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Happy Helpers Moving Company will quote you one rate and over charge you many times. Brock the owner will promise to make it right, but then will dodge your calls. I would not use them, just because of this. The final cost was way way more than we were expecting.
The estimate was way off. My move will end up taking 2 moves instead of 1 which should not have happened based on the info I told them. Then I was charged for the first move WITHOUT seeing the final invoice. No one from Happy Helpers Moving even talked to me about it.
