What an amazing moving experience! Brandy was super sweet and answered all my questions before sending me a quote right away. Alex, Noah, and Matthew were our movers. They had excellent communication with each other and with us. We got a phone call once they were on the way and when they arrived at our new home. On my initial call, I spoke with Brandy, who was very professional and helpful. She followed up on Saturday to ensure I was prepared for the upcoming move on Monday; which was nice. We recapped items that needed moving, she provided an arrival time, and reiterated additional cost when contracted time is exceeded. The movers, Xavier and Toney arrived on time and immediately started the move process. Both were friendly and professional. We just bought our new house, after living in our last house for 26 years, so we had a lot of stuff. We had previously used another moving company to put most of our furniture in storage, but we did not want to use that company again because of some minor damage. Home Movers is top tier! They saved our sanity and hearts. We flew in from New Mexico to move our daughter. UHaul dropped the ball and left us stranded. One phone and Brandi came to our rescue. Our moving team showed up the next day. Noah and his helper were great. Pleasant and did what was asked. We would be very comfortable having this team move our daughter without us being present
