I highly recommend this company and especially the team I had. Isiah ran a great job. They made sure everything was protected and would travel well. On this end they made sure things were set up and ready to go!! This was a long distance move from Ohio to Montana, can not praise them enough.

This is the second time we have had Krupp move us. The process is so easy. They are very prompt at explaining the process and what to expect. The gentleman who showed up the day of our move where in time, dressed professionally and maintained professional integrity throughout the day. Amazing experience start to finish! We started the research for movers for our 950 ml relocation and started w/brokers posing as movers. Research that if you haven’t! We were screamed at, hung up on, lied to, etc. And trusting them to get all of our stuff 950 mls away??? Krupp started by having their rep call me direct, explained everything on their side, what to expect, etc. She then did a virtual walk through of our inventory being moved and shocked me when she assured me one truck would be plenty! I’ve used a few movers over the years, but Krupp really stood out. Been around since 2005 and it shows they’ve clearly refined their process. Movers were polite, efficient, and even offered packing tips. The free quote they gave was transparent with no surprises at the end. Easy to see why they’re award‑winning in Cincinnati and around. They even store your stuff if needed. Great job all around.

The moving crew was great! They were careful and thorough and personable. I really appreciated their professionalism and respect for my home and my possessions. I am doing a move, store and then move again situation and I hope to have the same crew in September. Thank you so much! As difficult as moving is Krupp really made things so much easier!
