Great experience with Krupp Moving and Storage. I needed just a few pieces of furniture moved from my mother's apartment to a storage locker. The pieces included art work, an acrylic table with glass top and a large (and very heavy) 2-piece glass cabinet. The team of 3 carefully removed the glass shelves and wrapped them in protective padding. It took all 3 of them to get each piece of the cabinet onto the dolly. Had them take care of a move from Michigan to Ohio. The actual movers Corbin and his crew were great. Very professional, did a phenomenal job - no complaints. 1 star deducted for communication issue between the estimator and the coordinator. First issue was not all of the requested material was brought as information provided to crew was lacking. Secondly, was promised refund of unused packing material, however had to fight to get the refund. The conversation was less than professionally. Ultimately got it resolved but sho... read more

Corbin and his two teammates were truly incredible! We honestly could not have done this move without them. We had all of our smaller items packed and wrapped ahead of time, but none of the larger furniture was prepared. They came in, carefully wrapped and packed all of the big furniture, moved everything out of our second-floor apartment, transported it to our new home, and unloaded everything seamlessly.
