Great experience with Krupp Moving and Storage. I needed just a few pieces of furniture moved from my mother's apartment to a storage locker. The pieces included art work, an acrylic table with glass top and a large (and very heavy) 2-piece glass cabinet. The team of 3 carefully removed the glass shelves and wrapped them in protective padding. It took all 3 of them to get each piece of the cabinet onto the dolly. Had them take care of a move from Michigan to Ohio. The actual movers Corbin and his crew were great. Very professional, did a phenomenal job - no complaints. 1 star deducted for communication issue between the estimator and the coordinator. First issue was not all of the requested material was brought as information provided to crew was lacking. Best Movers Ever!!! Fast, Friendly and so helpful. Moved everything quickly and set it up just the way I wanted. Everyone at Krupp was courteous and respectful. Phone reps, schedulers and the movers all were very helpful during every part of our move. It was blazing hot/humid August in Ohio and moving our stuff was hard work, these guys were supermen... and never complained once. We are extremely pleased with how Krupp took care of us and highly recommend them!
