My husband and I have moved 12 times in the past 35 years and this move with Krupp Moving and Storage was by far our best moving experience. They arrived on time and finished early. They used floor protectors and wrapped items as necessary. Kelvin, Maquire and Anthony were all professional, pleasant and hard working. Nothing was lost or damaged. I highly recommend them for your next move. Great value for excellent service.

Very kind & respectable service . They asked were everything went , I had no issues and they moved everything like a pro!!!! I will be calling them again to finish my move!! Thanks guys 2nd move was great with t h e photos I would only change 2 things , the chest & dresser drawers were nit put in & the end table was pt onto of a box marked glass!!!! I need to check to make sure it didn't break. But great full fotlr t he help.

Amazing experience start to finish! We started the research for movers for our 950 ml relocation and started w/brokers posing as movers. Research that if you haven’t! We were screamed at, hung up on, lied to, etc. And trusting them to get all of our stuff 950 mls away??? Krupp started by having their rep call me direct, explained everything on their side, what to expect, etc. She then did a virtual walk through of our inventory being moved and shocked me when she assured me one truck would be plenty! Everyone at Krupp was courteous and respectful. Phone reps, schedulers and the movers all were very helpful during every part of our move. It was blazing hot/humid August in Ohio and moving our stuff was hard work, these guys were supermen... and never complained once. We are extremely pleased with how Krupp took care of us and highly recommend them!

Krupp Moving and Storage recently moved my sisters in-laws. I can't say enough great things about this company! Davids crew was the absolute best, and they made everything go effortlessly. The way they showed up with confidence and professionalism made everything stress free. Brendan and Omar were very respectful when packing items, and were super friendly towards our family.
