UNHAPPY with my experience! Moved my mother from an assisted living to an apartment. She is elderly and doesn't have a lot of money. They completely destroyed her dresser that was barely a year old. When I filed a claim with all the pertinent information they said that they were only responsible to give her $66 - which doesn't help her at all.
