Our movers were Nick, David, Stas and Oleg. They wrapped our furniture well to ensure it was protected and they were very efficient at moving all of our items and loading it into the truck. There was a language barrier and boxes were labeled but we had to direct them a lot on where to put the boxes. We had them working for 11 long hours so towards the end they were rushing to get the job done. The pricing I thought was pretty fair for 4 movers and a 26 ft box truck.
Move and Care were really nice and very organized. My movers were Nick, David and Stas and even though there was a little language barrier, they helped to make my move really quick and super easy! Lera was also really nice and super helpful over the phone. I really appreciate having them.
Update from latest communication from Move and Care. You did not stay in communication with me. That is a bold lie unless you mean communication only exists when you want something. You only continued to contact me when my true and honest review began to hurt you company. You are in Boston, why not have someone local deal with me. I hired Move and Care for my move to a new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The guys showed up right on time, listened carefully to what I needed, and even helped organize the whole process. I was super impressed with how carefully they handled my furniture and boxes - no scratches or damage at all. The whole move was completely stress-free, and that’s what really matters. Huge thanks to the team at Move and Care for doing such an awesome job! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.
The process from scheduling, getting a quote to actual move day was so amazing! Stas and Oleg were so diligent in carefully wrapping my belongings and moving them into storage in an efficient and timely manner. I’d highly recommend them to mitigate your moving stress!
