Paying upwards of $8000 for people to pack and move your stuff I would think they would do a better job at taking care of your belongings. The amount of stuff that we have found that is damaged or broken is very disheartening. I’m not even halfway done unboxing things and we have found countless things that are broken or damaged. The movers were extremely nice and Communicated great. They were very respectful. But I am very upset at the amount of stuff that has been damaged
We scheduled a last minute move from South Austin to North Austin. Move and Care had us on their books within the 2 days I called. They were extremely communicative and professional the whole process. Eugene, Demitri, and Nanfis, our sweet movers, were very professional and took extreme care for all of our belongings and made the move so smooth and easy. Highly recommend, will be referring this company to everyone I know!
Osman, Stas, and David were really helpful and fast. I had a dresser that was really heavy and they actually waved the heavy duty fee. Benjamin the orchestrator was very easy to communicate with. We moved a 2 bed in 4 hrs 45 while my sister and I looked 🫢😂. I highly recommend. They came on time and left on time within the 4.25 hour quote. Love it
Stas and Stas were the best!! They did such a great job moving all of my belongings. Extra shoutout for going up and down three flights of stairs. They moved quickly and efficiently and were very professional. Will be recommending them to my friends.

From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Mike and Oleg were especially great—hardworking, friendly, and attentive to details. The whole crew of four worked seamlessly together, handling both the packing and heavy lifting with care and making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and organi... read more
