When they arrived was advised where they should park, didn't listen, when boxing put heavy items on top of weak items causing breakage. Damaged to a new sofa with god knows what, now it has a very nasty smell. Both beds are now stained with the same nasty smelling wetness, not sure if moving blankets were all wet? or they just didn't care. The beds were like new condition, only a few months old.
