I had an excellent moving business experience! The staff was friendly, on time, and careful with my possessions. They made sure that my furniture was arranged precisely how I wanted it in my new house and managed the entire procedure with ease, from packing to unloading. We especially appreciate Rodney, the owner, for his exceptional customer service and flexibility. Without a doubt, I would use their services once more!
I used 727 moving for my recent move across town. I needed a moving service to move my bigger furniture like my TV, couch, and coffee table, etc. The movers were really nice and everything was going fine at first, but by the end of the move, I realized my TV was broken and my coffee table was damaged. I spent over $500 for less than a 3 hour move, which was a lot more than I was originally told it was going to cost. Over HALF my furniture items had damage, i.e. scratches, pieces banged off, chipped, etc. Quote for move was $1000 for 43 miles, I packed EVERYTHING, ended up costing closer to $1,500! They didn't hook up any electronics. Broke the leg on my TV, cost me $35 to replace. I have several heirloom mirrors "missing" . If movers are SO stupid they "OVERLOOK" items that are 3'x2', you should get another mover or MM should hire other more aware employees. I had a great experience with Moving Match . They are strong, talented, and did a really good job for me. They helped move and put my things together with care and professionalism. The owner, Rodney, is a very good person—he was helpful, organized everything well, and made sure the dates worked for me. He also sent an excellent team. James and his crew were amazing—hardworking, respectful, and kind. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend Moving Match.
These guys were amazing was on time and very respectful and know how to pack the uhaul i will be using this service on my next move. thankyou so much for making moving day go by with a breeze.
