DECEPTIVE PRICING, DAMAGED PROPERTY, UNETHICAL CONDUCT!!! 3 Sons Moving uses misleading pricing practices. They quote a low rate for two movers, then arrive with extra workers and raise the cost without clear approval. The contract language is vague and appears designed to justify surprise charges after the fact. I was overcharged $174.90, and the company brushed it off instead of fixing it. I have used My 3 Sons Moving several times, and every experience has been excellent! Rachel and Anna were incredibly professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. The moving crews have always been great. Excellent experience with My 3 Sons Moving! From my first call for a quote, to the correspondence leading up to our move to the day of the move…everything went smoothly. Andrew and his coworker were professional, worked well together and made a stressful situation go very well!!! I highly recommend this company and would use again. We used My 3 Sons Moving last year and had a great experience. The team was respectful, careful, and took time to plan before moving anything. They handled heavy furniture without damaging our home or belongings. Unfortunately, our experience this year was completely different. Maybe there was a leadership change?
