The BEST moving company. The movers were very polite, Never took a break. Moved furniture from Lexington to Ashland Kentucky. They were right on the quote with no hidden fees, like they said. I will definitely use My 3 Sons again. They deserve more than five stars.

Do Not recommend. Absolutely subpar. Every excuse in the book, we only had 2 people, third guy was sick, we jad a newbie (it's loading noxes and moving limited furniture. It's not rocket science). Was scheduled on the first day and got a call from company saying a short job was going to be put in front of ours I was like ok fine makes sense. They showed up at 6ish and worked till 9, so they had 3 hours of work and accomplished very minimal anything. Gave the aforementioned excuses. So day 2 rolls around I talked to the comp... read more

I have used this business twice within the month, once to move my home belongings to a storage unit, and the second to move the storage unit out of state. Forms, payment, and scheduling were all easy and the communication was excellent. Both times I was moved by this company, Tommy was the lead mover. I highly recommend him as he is very personable, respectful, honest, and hardworking.

Update- Hired for a second move and did damage to the front door frame. Contacted main office and after 3 calls they wanted me to email the claims department because no one had come out to assess/repair the damage after waiting for weeks. Way different experience this go round and don’t plan to have another. See pics of damage. Still haven’t heard from the claims department. 😞 This company is customer centric and it shows in everything they do. Will use again!

I’ve worked with this company twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. Their pricing is fair, they’re punctual, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is moved safely.
