Working and scheduling our move with Anna was absolutely so easy. I called her several times with questions and concerns…. She was so professional and put my mind at ease. Then everything went as planned. Smooth as silk. No damage to anything, showed up on time, absolute professional service, the three guy were so careful with our property. John was so understanding with working with us to get things where we needed them. TOP NOTCH SERVICE…ABSOLUTELY WILL USE AGAIN.

My 3 Sons helped me unload from an interstate move. From the first call to the final follow up, every encounter and communication was professional and very courteous. It’s clear they care about their customers and providing good service. The unloading itself went fault fairly well. My particular move had some terrain challenges that I know impacted speed. I hired My 3 Sons Moving in Richmond, KY to help with a home move, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the move, the crew broke my 85-inch flat screen TV due to clear negligence. They laid it flat in the truck — something that any reputable mover knows not to do — and crammed it in without proper protection. I have photos and videos showing the careless handling that led to the damage. The move from my grandmas house was tough, it was a move we weren’t expecting to ever make, they helped my parents move in one day and did it effortlessly. Nothing damaged, everything done efficiently and diligently. I highly recommend if you actually want the job done!! Great people and great service!
