From the initial estimate with Tyler through the actual move, BackBreakers NW was absolutely amazing. Carlos, Marshall, and Josh were our moving crew and they were efficient, helpful, and such fun to work with. They handled my furniture and belongings with care, suggested other ways they could be helpful when I was pulling my hair out at all the "odds-and-ends,” and put the furniture just where I wanted it. We hired BackBreakers NW July 2024 to partially pack a household of furniture and move into storage in Burlington 124 miles away. The packing crew was courteous and seemed competent. But later after seeing how a different BackBreakers crew unloaded and packed things the next day, I decided I would not use them to move my things into a house a year later. Im incredibly grateful for the work this team pushed out. They went above and beyond communicating and helping me move as much as possible in a short time frame. Not to mention the hellacious weather of non stop pouring rain and wind. Its the first time I've utilized professional movers and because of my experience I'm not sure if could ever not use them for any future moves. Thanks so much!!
Back Breakers helped us through One of the toughest times of our lives. Our house flooded and we had around 6 tons of debris in the back breaker crew came out and galled it all off and brought some sense of peace back to our lives. What fantastic service! After a stress-free estimate from Luke, the moving crew of Mike, Marshall, and Samuel arrived with everything they needed to load the truck. Everyone was very professional and so kind to work with. I really appreciated how much easier they made this complicated move. All of my fragile items and breakable equipment were carefully wrapped and packaged before loading. And the loading process was skillful.
