When offload loaded my truck you did a horrible job. I had many pieces of furniture damaged. I called and sent pictures, and have written confirmation from people in your company that a horrible job was done, that this wasn't how you did business, and that they would work with me to make this right. Update 9/10/25 The owner contacted us this week. During our move he was deployed for his annual 30 day National Guard duty. He is young and this is an evolving learning curve for him. He came to our house and stayed for well over an hour. He asked questions. He took notes. He wanted all of our pictures. He didn't hesitate to take responsibility. The other details are unimportant. Edit - 10/1/25 Briar reached out to me shortly after this review to make things right and he went above and beyond in doing so. The majority of our issues were with an employee who did not follow through on what she said she was going to do time and time again, which Briar was not aware of. My experience with Off Load Moving was AMAZING. To start, talking to Zack was very helpful and pleasant. Now, Jabari and Gary these young men were phenomenal. They were on time, polite and they came ready to work. Not one complaint from them. I’m promise you I will definitely will be using Off Load Moving again in the near future. Kudos to you guys!

Hi Everyone! I am a God fearing person and honest Minister who would like to share how awesome this service is. They moved me from an 2 Bedroom upstairs 2nd floor apartment into another 2 Bedroom 2nd floor apartment. They had this unique tool for carrying multiple boxes up and items up and down the stairs.
