When offload loaded my truck you did a horrible job. I had many pieces of furniture damaged. I called and sent pictures, and have written confirmation from people in your company that a horrible job was done, that this wasn't how you did business, and that they would work with me to make this right. Update 9/10/25 The owner contacted us this week. During our move he was deployed for his annual 30 day National Guard duty. He is young and this is an evolving learning curve for him. He came to our house and stayed for well over an hour. He asked questions. He took notes. He wanted all of our pictures. He didn't hesitate to take responsibility. The other details are unimportant. Off-Load Moving was recommended to me by my realtor when I sold my home. We were so pleased with their performance that we used them to move our stuff into our new home after construction.
