Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company! If I could give zero stars, I would. One Circle Moving was by far the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. They stole my lawn mower. Even after admitting they saw it, they never returned it, nor did they refund me a single dollar. You never know what you’re going to get with moving but our experience with One Circle Moving was fantastic. The communication on when they were arriving was good, the workers were friendly and efficient. The lead person, Wayne, was so detailed and exact when we owed more than the estimate, I knew why. Can’t argue with that. I now have confidence about our experience at the other end. Highly recommend.
Original moving company was trying to gauge another $2000 out of us. We fired them and hired ONE CIRCLE MOVING. They worked us into their schedule same day, sent a crew of 4 strong, competent, friendly, respectful, and professional workers that took excellent care to safely wrap our furniture and move our belongings. They are insured, and had all necessary equipment and documentation. It was a relief in the stress of moving to have this business take care of our moving needs!
Best moving company, I would recommend them! Even though there were some issues with the truck which delayed the movers, they did their best to communicate well and accommodate me with a bunch of options which was super helpful. Wayne is a nice, friendly guy. He and his crew were diligent were efficient, they wrapped up the job quickly without damaging anything.
We were very happy with the one circle .moving team who helped us move across states. While we did have minor issues with regards to what was estimated vs what was the $ amount we ended up with, Wayne was very polite through out the whole process and met us in the middle. The team who came during packing and delivery were extremely nice, careful and responsible. I recommend this team.
