Overall very impressed. Erich and Hiovany were amazing. They worked fast and handled everything with care. They did show up 30 minutes early so that was a little inconvenient having to rush over.
I have used this company 3 times to move the first two times I had no problems but the last time was the worst. They came early to my house and one them started taking pictures of open boxes. We were not done packing. If they would have asked I woul have told them we were still working. We closed the boxes before they moved them. They found a dead mouse behind our couch and even after I showed them no mice were in the couch they were complaining. They damaged my sofa couch in three places when moving them. The crew arrived right on time, were exactly the kind of guys needed for our small move. We had a POD from AZ and needed help getting couches and a table moved down into the walkout basement. They only took about 30 minutes to accomplish our short list of items and exceeded our expectations. The process of making the appointment to the crew showing up was easy, and I highly recommend this company for any kind of move.
Diomar&Erney did a fantastic job with our move. They were super quick, and very helpful. All of our items arrived perfectly, and they set up all the furniture where we needed it! I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving services in Louisville.
