Please!! Train your people to move out of the way after fueling!! I was fueling at a Pilot and I thought he was eventually going to move, but once I was done fueling he never moved! I looked to see if someone was in the truck but nobody was there! It was a unattended truck parked, blocking my way to leave I literally waited 1 hour and the truck was still there and no DRIVER was showing up, so I had to back up while there was several trucks behind me. I had a jam packed moving truck and the gentlemen were amazing! They handled all items with care, friendly, and efficient! I called them short notice (same day) and they were thankfully able to send help! (I recommend calling ahead - there is a small same-day fee.) After they were finished, I called the company and made sure to give them praise for the work they did. Thank you so much for turning a hectic move into a great experience!
Jose and his team mate were thorough and careful. They took longer than I expected, and this changed the price considerably; my estimate was almost doubled! I wish I could have moved them along quicker somehow. Overall, I am satisfied with their service and happy with the move.
I've used People-Move Moving twice. Once about a year ago to unload a Uhaul -- that was a 5 star situation. The second time was for a in-town move that ended up being a disaster when the driver of the moving van drove under a bridge that he didn't have clearance for. The truck ended up needing to get extracted from the bridge and eventually was impounded by Indianapolis police.
