Nick and Matthew made quick work with getting my U-Haul unloaded and properly put in the storage unit. They put up with my lame jokes and made this just a fun experience! When I am ready to move everything into my house, I hope they are the team assigned to me again. And Travis did a great job handling all the last minute calls to deal with some last minute scheduling changes. Really pleased with Save Your Back Moving!
Horrible customer service. We needed to move our furniture out for our basement being remodeled. They completely ruined our carpet with mud, and didn't even acknowledge it. They didn't take apart certain pieces of furniture. Then after dropping our stuff to the storage unit, they came back to our house so we can pay, but didn't leave us the storage unit key. We had (2) fridges to move within our house. The basement stairs were tricky. My crew worked through the logistics, and got the job done. Even after an unexpected delay, the office kept in touch with me, and let me know when my crew would arrive. Good communication.
