I used SmartMoving for years. I can now no longer access my account (that I created) after several paid months and paying smartmoving to create contracts for me. I had a short term relationship with a company that I partnered with. They now have full access to my info after somehow changing the password without my permission. We have been with Smartmoving now for several years and have enjoyed the software and the customer service up to this point. This has all changed. We now have a system that is putting random company logos into our system, even after we have removed them dozens of times, and they are showing up on our communications with clients.
