We had a great experience with Stairhopper! They sent two trucks and five guys for our interstate move. All of them were efficient, incredibly hard-working, professional, friendly, and fast. We weren’t quite as ready as we thought we’d be, so they helped us pack last-minute items carefully and quickly without missing a beat. Stairhoppers help us out with a last minute move on a holiday weekend! The crew was professional and protected our furniture. They also completed the move quicker than estimated so the cost was lower than anticipated!
They made our moving day so much easier. Showed up on time. Worked crazy hard on one of the hottest days of the year. Super polite and helpful and finished under their quote. Don't forget to tip the guys doing the heavy lifting!
The movers were actually 30 minutes early. They put there ramp close to the doorway as rain was coming. They wrapped up furniture to protect it before moving it out. Very efficient job and we’re careful with not damaging anything. They asked questions to understand what had to be done. Before moving furniture in we needed something’s moved out to my truck and they asked again what needed to be done and where to put it.
