I just moved 3 weeks ago...end of Sept 2024. Due to some conflicts the crew was a bit late of being scheduled. However, they compensated by bringing in extra crew members. They got me out of my old house and into my new house within a few hours. They were professional, polite, accommodating and all around a great team. My belonging were handled with great care. I'm a furniture maker and I've used The Move Crew twice to deliver very large dining tables to my local customers. The Move Crew handled the tables with great care and were very good communicators.
I've moved seven times since I first came to the U.S. The Move Crew provided me with the best experience I can remember. The estimate and final charges were accurate and as discussed (no hidden extra costs when it's too late to avoid them). The team that helped me was very professional and even went out of their way to help me with the connection to Internet, which made my life so much better. I'm hiring them to move to Kansas City this summer!
My partner hired The Move Crew to move into our new house. Our company headquarters moved to a new location at the beginning of December, and we chose Move Crew to be our movers. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. We received a reasonable quote for our furniture and other office 'stuff', as well as excellent service from the movers on the day. We appreciated every bit!
