Will not contact us back about our storage items…I have been trying to get in touch with them and no one calls back furthermore they barely answer the phone it seems as though they are dodging calls…very unprofessional!
In our recent move we discussed with few top rated moving companies. I just observed their customer servicing was horrible. Few of them offered me very higher rate; that's why i didn't select them since they where cheap and I paid the price for that cheap is the a cause for poor quality. I won't recommend them if you need professional service.
Great guys in receiving, the place itself was not made for tractor trailor with sleepers and 53. Very tight to dock, but can be done.
