The Zapt Movers did an excellent job moving all my household items and heavy furniture without any damage or scratches to my house from Los Angeles to Sacramento (within 24 hours). The movers were very friendly and did professional packing, loading, unloading, and assembling. They came on time and completed the work on time. Very pleasant experience. The movers were on time, professional and efficient. They finished before the quoted time and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10
The crew arrived on time and didn't waste any moment and went right to moving boxes upon boxes. They also wrapped the furniture and used soft material to protect my 80" projector screen! There was a little language barrier but knowing a few Spanish words helped a bit. 😁 Unloading, they also helped set up my bed frame and dining table. I offered to give them a tip but the guys said no and just pointed to the final amount due. These guys are angels!
I moved with Zapt Movers in October from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It was cheaper than the option recommended by my employer and I got what I paid for. I paid for packing and on the day I left San Francisco the movers neglected to pack half my kitchen. They had already left before I noticed. Luckily I was able to solve the problem that day but not without multiple phone calls and waiting five hours. Movers were ok. I’ve used them three times and they’re usually quick and efficient. Hey could have been a little more careful (couple dings on my walls and banisters) but nobody really beats their price.
