He answered all my questions and gave me a detailed breakdown estimates without any attitude compared to other competitors. Benny was my estimator and person I worked with over the last 6 months. He did exactly what he said would happen and my move went smoothly. The competitor was originally a little less expensive and then changed things at the last minute. Benny kept my process smooth and simple. I've used Zapt 3 times in the past 6 years. Very easy to talk to in regards to setting up a quote and getting any necessary paperwork made (ie insurance to be provided to HOA). They work quickly and efficiently. My most recent movers employed by Zapt, Edwin and Freddy, treated all of my things with care and worked quickly to get the move completed even though I had asked if they needed a break several times. After a delay in arrival time due to a mechanical issue with our truck, the movers were amazing! They were able to accommodate some last minute furniture additions, did great with wrapping the furniture, and worked quick and efficiently. Highly recommend!
