Zapt Movers came highly recommended by a friend, and after using them myself, I can confidently say I’d be recommending them to others as well. We booked them for an 8-hour move covering about 45 miles, and the entire experience was excellent. My wife and I are absolutely pissed at our moving experience with this company. This is the 2nd time that we used them and the 2nd time they messed up our items. We utilized them last year for a local move. During that move, they scratched our brand new dresser. It was not even a year old. Zapt Movers is amazing in customer service and also moving day service. George was my contact and he is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I had an inventory list of move items that changed daily and he was very kind and accommodating. Carlos with an extra helper arrived on time on moving day and they were very careful and attentive to instructions. Overall I am happy with Zapt ‘s service and would recommend them as well as the great prices.
Very pleasant experience. The movers were on time, professional and efficient. They finished before the quoted time and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10
No hassle moving service. The two guys were pretty helpful and transported everything efficiently from my old apartment to the new apartment. They also helped me with setting up my bed and tv at the end. All in all worth the money.
