I had such a great experience with Zapt Movers! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. Anna in sales was absolutely wonderful—she was detailed, patient, and always took the time to clarify everything so we were on the same page. The crew arrived on time and didn't waste any moment and went right to moving boxes upon boxes. They also wrapped the furniture and used soft material to protect my 80" projector screen! There was a little language barrier but knowing a few Spanish words helped a bit. 😁 Unloading, they also helped set up my bed frame and dining table. I offered to give them a tip but the guys said no and just pointed to the final amount due. These guys are angels!
I'm so happy and relieved that we found Zapt movers. Service was great from the start and I appreciated a guaranteed quote. We were moving vastly varied items and did not have a clear idea of what we would ultimately want. Dennis and crew were so nice and accommodating. But once packed, they were ready to hit the road and drive 9 hours to our destination. We had been told that they would leave the next morning, so we changed our flights to meet them. Delivery was just as easy. Over and above service.
There seemed to be some issues with coordination and timing by management. The movers arrived around 5 PM, even though our reserved slot was from 1 PM to 4 PM. We didn’t receive any courtesy call or update about the delay, and despite following up every hour, we were repeatedly told they would arrive in about 25 minutes—but they didn’t. That said, once the movers arrived, they did a good job. They packed everything efficiently and moved all items carefully and quickly.
We recently hired Zapt Movers for our move, and they were outstanding from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They were polite, professional, and even went the extra mile to help us set things up in the new home. Pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. Moving is stressful, but the Zapt team made it smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! 5 stars
