I'm so happy and relieved that we found Zapt movers. Service was great from the start and I appreciated a guaranteed quote. We were moving vastly varied items and did not have a clear idea of what we would ultimately want. Dennis and crew were so nice and accommodating. But once packed, they were ready to hit the road and drive 9 hours to our destination. We had been told that they would leave the next morning, so we changed our flights to meet them. Delivery was just as easy. Over and above service.

I used them once last November from recommendations. The process was smooth from getting the quote estimates to aftermath. Matt from the sales team was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me a detailed breakdown estimates without any attitude compared to other competitors. This was my third time using this moving company and I am happy to say that they are still the best that I’ve utilized! Every time I use them, they arrive on time, work efficiently, and have come in under the estimated cost. This time, we initially hired them for labor only to load a storage pod, but after a last minute change of plan, we called them needing to add on the use of their truck and transport, as well as unloading our belongings to a storage facility. Zapt was great from start to finish. They were very communicative and made the process very straightforward. Importantly the movers on the day were focused and committed. The estimate they provided for the price was very accurate. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Benny was my estimator and person I worked with over the last 6 months. He did exactly what he said would happen and my move went smoothly. The competitor was originally a little less expensive and then changed things at the last minute. Benny kept my process smooth and simple.
