We had Zip do two moves for us and they’re scheduled for two more! The team of Armando and crew were fantastic and handled our things with care. The crew worked nonstop from literally morning until nighttime. Communication was timely and at every point the customer service has been great. I think as with any move, it’s important to communicate your needs and ask questions. Zip had to put together four complicated moves for us- two locally and two out of town. The two local ones have been terrific!

I highly recommend Zip. They arrived on time, wrapped all of my furniture carefully, drove it to my new residence and quickly unpacked everything, taking the materials with them. The final bill was less than the quote! I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you, gentlemen! I'll let you know when move again. Sam responded immediately and provided me with the quote the same day. The price was fair. Thanks, Sam.

I used Zip Moving and Storage for a move from Catlett, VA to Baltimore, MD. They were absolutely great. I needed to move several items of furniture in a very short time and did not have an entire day to work within. The administrator, Nikki, and the dispatcher were understanding and flexible while working within my tight timeframe. I never felt lost or forgotten because they kept in constant touch. Robin Hernandez and Edgar Wilfredo did an amazing job of moving us into a 4 story townhouse. They packed our home so efficiently that unpacking was a breeze. Even our most delicate items arrived without a scratch. Every piece of furniture was placed in the correct space. Even some very heavy items on the top floor. If you are moving I highly recommend Zip Moving, especially Robin and Edgar. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Alejandro and Hector were excellent. They were professionals who can work very efficiently together to pack and move your belongings. They know how to handle large furnitures to small gadgets such as TV, printers, kitchen appliances etc. They handled things that are easy to break with such great care. Alejandro and Hector are great communicators as well and their humor is a bonus :) They clearly knew what they were doing and me and my wife would highly recommend them.
