I have used Zip Moving and Storage several times, ranging from local moves to cross country. The staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful, and I have had great experiences all around. From my prior experience with moving companies they are also consistently reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

We had Zip do two moves for us and they’re scheduled for two more! The team of Armando and crew were fantastic and handled our things with care. The crew worked nonstop from literally morning until nighttime. Communication was timely and at every point the customer service has been great. I think as with any move, it’s important to communicate your needs and ask questions. Zip had to put together four complicated moves for us- two locally and two out of town. The two local ones have been terrific!

Type: Full House Move Estimate/Sales: Mark Hill's estimate was poor and oversold - only ~80% of my belongings ended on the truck. Luckily, my move was not too far away, and I was able to make return trips to move the rest. Also, they advertised that any unused materials would be refunded, but the movers either overused materials such as using multiple boxes unnecessarily or leaving them onsite, so I would not count on any refunds from that. I called Zip Moving and Storage on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning move for one of my clients. They were immediately able to get us on their schedule. I literally got an email with a confirmation before I hung up the phone and was able to pay the deposit and the balance online. The movers were great, got there when they said they were going to get there, and were very efficient and careful with the items. I will definitely be using them again for future clients!

I used Zip Moving and Storage for a move from Catlett, VA to Baltimore, MD. They were absolutely great. I needed to move several items of furniture in a very short time and did not have an entire day to work within. The administrator, Nikki, and the dispatcher were understanding and flexible while working within my tight timeframe. I never felt lost or forgotten because they kept in constant touch.
