Starting with Tony who answered my inquiry online the team at zip were always friendly, honest and easy to work with. My estimate was spot on for my local move, the moving team showed up on time and they worked carefully and efficiently. I really enjoyed seeing José, Eduardo and William knock out my move without damaging my stuff or homes. They were very friendly and willing to accommodate my specific needs. Highly recommend zip.
I used Zip Moving and Storage for a move from Catlett, VA to Baltimore, MD. They were absolutely great. I needed to move several items of furniture in a very short time and did not have an entire day to work within. Robin Hernandez and Edgar Wilfredo did an amazing job of moving us into a 4 story townhouse. They packed our home so efficiently that unpacking was a breeze. Even our most delicate items arrived without a scratch. Every piece of furniture was placed in the correct space. Even some very heavy items on the top floor. If you are moving I highly recommend Zip Moving, especially Robin and Edgar. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.
Fantastic experience with Zip Moving and Storage. The movers, José and Lucio, were on time, professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. Everything was handled with attention and care.
