RecommendedI briefly considered using a moving service that was app-based and sent out movers on the Uber model. Which might have been fine if I was just moving boxes. But i wanted a company that would know how to handle my vintage dresser, new-ish mattress, giant glass mirror, etc. The team from 6th Man expertly moved it all and really made a stressful process 100x easier. RecommendedWe moved recently in December and had 4 excellent workers!! Davey P, Chaddler, Tim and Austin!!!! They all were great!! Very Polite , awesome workers , Very efficient ! Worked hard ! Packed a lot of old antiques and took good care of our furniture and floors moving from and to new home !! Would use them again!!! S Miller PS A very rainy day but took good care of us!!!!

RecommendedThe men were very nice and professional. I did have a good experience with the movers but there were only 2 movers so it took more time. The third guy that was supposed to help called the men and for some reason they called him off. They could’ve used him to help get everything set up and saved time. Instead I ended up paying more since they charge by the hour.

RecommendedWe had zero problems with our recent move. In reading some of the other reviews, it's likely that they could benefit from adding one more mover to their quotes - we had a last minute call asking if we'd like a third mover and it turned out to be completely necessary. The men who completed the move were kind and efficient. There may just be a mismatch between the person quoting the job and the actual work required. Food for thought but I certainly had a pleasant experience!
