This email was sent the day of service, October 25. Almost 1 MONTH later after numerous follow ups no one has bothered to speak to me regarding them. This is what I consider unacceptable. How a company handles any issues is what sets them apart. We used your services Today to move within St. Albert. The gentlemen you sent were polite and courteous and worked hard to get everything done. First, the men moving our homes contents were great. They worked hard and were personable. However, they showed up a man short and with a smaller than expected truck and tried to charge us for the third man. Part of the problem is that we moved 2 years ago with a company that set the bar really high. Action moving was not able to reach that bar. Our dining table was damaged. Chunk out of the top, corners crushed and sides scraped off. We have been offered $120 to replace a $2000 table. They have not contacted us to resolve... read more
