DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Gave me a well-outlined quote to move a piano from destination A to destination B, with specific details included on their quote. Upon delivery, was told that the cost was $500 more expensive than the original quote due to unlisted "travel fees" - even though this information was expressly provided before the move. Take the time to find a more honest moving company before getting cheated like I was
THIS COMPANY Bearded Brothers Movers USES DECEPTION TECHNIQUES AND IS NOT HONEST WITH ITS CUSTOMERS. My wife was quoted a price to move her elderly father who has very little furniture and other other materials to move - basically a couch, recliner, four-person table, bed that he disassembled, tv stand, and cabinet in addition to approximately 15 to 20 small to medium boxes (all completely packed and boxed before their arrival) and all placed centrally in his living room. I inquired of moving a three bedroom, one bathroom 1100 sq ft home and the price given verbally via telephone was reasonable and what I expected it would be for moving just locally (within 10 miles). They requested a write up of the items that we would be moving and I had provided a detailed list of the items in each room, inclusive of garage, basement, and shed. Please make sure you get a written copy of your contract prior to any work. Lesson learned. The only good thing I can say is that they replace what they break within weeks...and the young men movers were very polite, but SLOW (paid by the hour)
