Terrible. Don’t risk it. If they mess it up they won’t fix it. Their group of movers broke my new heavy duty proform treadmill, hid the parts they broke off, broke some antique marbles, glass containers and new storage containers etc. Additionally they packed GLASS items such as aquariums, pottery, etc into a moving container without wrapping or securing them. Then When called back to fix it promised to “make it right”. 6 months later they’ve offered a refund for our move, (which doesn’t cover full cost of damages) but not ... read more

Do Use Blue Ox Moving Company Terrible customer service and will not take accountability for damaging my safe beyond repair. After 3.5 months of arguing back and forth I was told to take a hike. I rate them a ZERO. During the move my large 500 pound safe was dropped off the truck ramp landing on my concrete driveway onto the front of the safe. I was given a quote that was higher than most companies but decided to go with Blue Ox because the person that came to my house to give me my estimate seemed to be honest and it appeared that the company was reliable and I felt like they would be careful with my belongings. Well.... move day came and the cost ending up being almost double then what I was quoted and considering we moved over 100 boxes ourselves I was shocked.
