As someone who has moved four times in the past four years--and at least three moves prior to those--I have loads of experience with different movers. And I have to say that First-Rate Movers DE was by far the most professional, the most helpful and the most friendly of any of them! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I have already started recommending them to friends and family.
The crew arrived when scheduled and worked carefully and continuously throughout our move. The movers were so respectful of our possessions and worked to make the move as easy as possible for us. They were great! Andrea, our coordinator, called to check on the move multiple times to make sure everything was going to plan. Very reassuring. Moving is very hard! First-Rate Movers is a great partner to make this life change easier!

Brian, the owner, was extremely responsive/hands on and helpful throughout the process. Moving an entire house with TVs/bedroom sets/furniture is difficult, and any issues that incurred were swiftly fixed by the owner. The movers were very friendly, and Rose, the coordinator was also very helpful and kind. First Rate wasn’t cheapest option, but trust me, do not cheap out on moving all of your expensive belongings! Used First-Rate Movers To Move My Home. Very polite, professional, on time, very helpful and there when you need them. As a single mom moving it was alot and I was overwhelmed. Brian was there to answer any questions I had and help take so much off my plate. His guys showed up on time ready to go!
