She put me in touch with Vikki Kelly who got the ball running right away and set up an appointment with Greg Gonzalez. He met me at my home, did his assessment, provided the estimate and scheduled the move. So easy! Stay away, do not hire. I hope the Army drops their contract. Opening boxes on the back end is like a bad Christmas. Threw my American flag on the ground!!!!! Broken, poorly wrapped items, damage. Boxes were completely mislabeled, boxes ended up all over the house in the wrong place at the new house. The movers were just a bunch of lazy employees. READ THE FINAL PAPERWORK!!! We were referred Golden Services and had high expectations. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The staff was personable, but inadequately trained for our needs (i.e. moving a piano and antiques). Many of our pieces were damaged and we were mislead on the claims process by the Golden Services rep. If you use them, make sure you don't sign off on any claim form until you have looked at EVERYTHING!
