Grace Moving Co. are a dishonest company. The employees are nice guys, but we moved 10 miles up the hwy and they somehow banged up my stainless steel LG fridge. I left messages for the owners to call me back, and per their request i e-mailed them pictures of the fridge. Then they never got back to me and the receptionist will only take a message which goes nowhere.
They damage my items and blamed it on the moving company they packed him but I have another company move my items to another state they pack and poorly didn't use the provided moving blankets and then try to blame it on the truck driver that drove our stuff back to Oklahoma I would never ever hired this company again please be very careful and check around and you someone else I would never recommend this company
Really frustrated. Missing stuff and trying to fix broken stuff. Starting to think a drive that was supposed to take them 3 (for us it's 2 1/2) that actually took 4 1/2 almost 5 with them is becoming more and more suspicious.
Damaged a large portion of our items, stole a box of ammunition, and there are a number if other items missing as well. From my daughters brand new shoes to valuables. Long story short, if you want your nice items destroyed and stolen then hire these guys. If you actually want to keep your stuff undamaged and unstolen, then hire someone else. Unprofessional and terrible. A complete scam ripoff!!
