I was very shocked and surprised by the lack of care by this moving team. Even after calmly and politely addressing my concerns during the move they continued on. I've had professionals move me many times and have never had an experience like this. They were careless with my Furniture, leaned a white leather sofa up against their truck getting it very dirty, moved many heavy items with only one person by dragging/rolling things and just overall very unprofessional.
