RecommendedThis is our 2nd move. I called Tess and was treated in a professional manner. Yet still made me fill like family. Mike and Alex showed up on time and loaded the truck in an efficient manner. I hired a 3rd person Justin who helped with the extra lifting. We moved from 3rd floor apartment to single story house. They set up my beds, moved furniture around and wasted no time to complete the job. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Absolutely would never recommend . We’ve moved cross country several times, so dealt with many movers. Small and large jobs. Sales manager is easily offended and can’t handle a tough conversation to even TRY and make things right when us -the customer felt wronged. Ask your guys who did the job if they felt treated unprofessionally by us. They were great. Their tip was half the job. I do not recommend these “movers”. They broke our washer by not using straps and slammed it onto the ground and damaged multiple wooden furniture pieces. They left multiple items and turned over a pellet grill that had wheels on it.. I would never use them again and would warn anyone from using them.
Our experience was horrible. Not only did they not communicate that they would be several hours later due to a previous job, I had to call and hour after the time slot they gave me wondering when they’d be there. When they moved our refrigerator they put it in the garage.. not in the only place for a refrigerator to go. David “tried” to come help after canceling on our appointment today to move the fridge but broke down and all the other movers were attending UC games. Worst experience ever.
