RecommendedSuperior service all the way around - from ease of scheduling, good communication, and online contract to a fantastic crew who was on time, motivated and courteous! The crew did a fantastic job, wrapped, loaded and delivered everything with care after driving nearly 3 hours to get to our location! A big thanks to Purcell, Tigh, Darius and the young man with them - I think his name was Amir.
RecommendedMy husband and I were coming into our condo complex with two large rolled up rugs just as two of your staff were headed out after working a move for someone else. They stopped and warmly offered to carry those rugs up to the 3rd floor for us! How kind! I didn't have any cash to even buy them a soda, but they said, "Let it be our good deed for the day!" Thank you, My Guys!! I know who I'll be calling when I need to make a move.
RecommendedThis was the third time we have used My Guys (formerly Knights Moving) to load or unload us when we moved. We were so incredibly pleased with Mart, Isaac, and Spencer. They were super kind, courteous, professional, caring, and worked to ensure that we were happy with whatever they were doing. They communicated effectively, were efficient, and respectful. They also were kind to wear masks inside the house as requested. Once again, another successful move with My Guys! Thanks, guys, for the great job!
RecommendedThe team from My Guys were outstanding! They arrived on time, disassembled what we needed, loaded our furniture and our packed boxes. Ours was a local move so they drove straight to our new place and reversed the process. Their price was very reasonable and the amount of work required was an excellent value. Great job My Guys!

RecommendedHad a great local move with My Guys out of Roanoke. Had multiple locations (house and 2 storage units) to pickup from and a trick access on the delivery at the Lake. All these guys were great - and all had a great attitude and moved like clockwork. I would strongly encourage you to use them. I have had a dozen moves in my life and this one was the smoothest, most stress free.
