RecommendedUsed these guys for our recent move. It was amazing to watch the precision these guys used to pack everything on one truck after a second truck had broken down. John and his crew moved everything in a matter of hours. Next day although the crew got lost and arrived later than the truck the move was completed in about 4 hours. Professional and very polite. I would recommend them for your next move.
The 3 kids that showed up I was told best crew while trying to move washer and dryer upstairs they damaged dryer and washer and also the walls than when I asked what happen they told me they didn’t have the right equipment. Than one of the worker quit so the team leader tried to call for help was told to just handle it . My mother hired Preferred Movers of NH and was very unhappy with the decision. She asked me to leave the following feedback: (1) They never return phone calls (2) They lost an oriental rug and damaged several items. She attempted to contact them several times with no reply. My mother indicates she would not recommend them to anyone..
You schedule a date with them and they reschedule at the last second. They did it with my family and against my better judgement I told my mom about them and they did the same to my parents. They don’t seem to care that moving has a lot of moving pieces and changing the schedule at the last minute is very tough. Never mind the truck when doing a long distance move was 6 days late!!! Don’t use them! Expensive and unprofessional!
They were the WORST!! My husband had to move stuff in the garage that they left. They also broke our bed, scratched our freezer, and broke other pieces of furniture. Imagine our surprise that evening when we went to get in be, and the mattress and box spring sunk. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They also charged more than their quote, bad business on all counts.
