Highest recommendation for Southern Moving and Storage. Miller and Kevin called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were polite, professional and friendly. They also worked quickly and efficiently not wasting any time. They bill by the hour, so this was greatly appreciated! They took care and wrapped carefully, they brought things in and asked where each item should go, set up the beds, and the couch. The easiest move I have ever had and thanks to Southern Movers for making it so!
Southern Moving and Storage moved our household goods from Davidsonville, Maryland to storage at their facility in Wilmington, North Carolina at the end of April 2025. We are VERY pleased. Our very best move, ever. Everything went as planned. The company staff, both office and those who made the delivery, knew their jobs and were very professional. This isn’t a “good old boys operation .” From start to finish they wanted to do a good job and worked to be the best. It is a moving and storage company we would use again.
This is my first experience with a moving company and they far exceeded my expectations! JC and Tony packed the truck diligently and with care, and then delivered my items in the same way. Southern Moving and Storage was great from the start. Suzanne came by my house and explained the process and helped me estimate weight.
