They worked quickly, but took the time to move all of our belongings with care. They were friendly and sociable, and we enjoyed having them. Very impatient gentleman took my call. Quoted me for 4 hours which was about $700 for 20 medium/small boxes. He hung up on me after accusing me of wanting something “on the cheap” when I questioned 4 hours for 20 boxes. I couldn’t believe how impatient he was with me. It should have been a simple conversation. I’m doing business with a competitor that quoted me their 2 hour minimum. Simple. Done ✅ No discussion needed.
I used StraighLine moving at the end of May 2025. Their movers showed up and I ended up doing a lot of the work to bring things out of my house to stage for them to put into the truck. The bigger items were almost all damaged in some sort of manner. And when they unloaded them they didn't even mention the damage. They were to reassemble my beds.
