I used StraighLine moving at the end of May 2025. Their movers showed up and I ended up doing a lot of the work to bring things out of my house to stage for them to put into the truck. The bigger items were almost all damaged in some sort of manner. And when they unloaded them they didn't even mention the damage. They were to reassemble my beds. I had scheduled a move, set for 3 pm just a few days later. I paid my deposit and all the things, while still on the phone w the rep, confirmed I was booked. 3:15 comes around, no one has shown up. I finally reach the rep that scheduled me. she said oh they're just running late. but the more we talked, she said well let me check. then tells me another rep has cancelled my move, and that no one is coming. Terrible moving experience. Our treasured items were delivered 10 days late and damaged. Our items were stored In Straightlines warehouse then loaded from there. A grandfather clock was broken, a recumbent bike was broken, a brand new head board was scratched and chipped. Many items were smashed inside the bubble wrap because the boxes were so destroyed.I called Straightline right away.We were told that they would make it right.
