The hired crew that moved an item for my neighbors in Coventry Township on January 10, 2025 were the absolute most rude, hostile and threatening men I've ever seen! The driver used profanity toward people trying to enter the road he had blocked and was screaming and cursing at people who needed entry to the neighborhood after the death of their child, which the driver was made aware of and the driver suggestedit was the parent's fault their child died! The movers were nice. However, I was not told that the truck would have stuff in it already from someone else. I was also not told they would not stack boxes or totes even though they were closed and taped. I had everything ready by the door or on porch. Because, of not stacking and having other items in truck this resulted in them not getting my stuff from storage unit, they said no room. I had to then rent a U-Haul and go back to storage later. Thanks Summit for the reminder of the poor job you did in moving and storing our belongings… Part of our claim which you ignored and neglected to settle included a few Christmas ornaments… which your mover dropped and smashed! I have to remind viewers and potential clients that if you value your belongings…. Use someone else!! We are still waiting for our claim to be settled, dozens of items mishandled and damaged.

I would not rely on this company. Called them to remove a large player piano from our Mother's house. We realized this was going to be a very big job....and the quote they gave us demonstrated that. We sent them pictures and videos of the location of the piano....in the basement....and the 13 steps to go up.....straight shot out the door. If you want them to move a piano, forget it. Even though they claim to have moved 100 pianos. They came to my parents house and refused to do the job. This is after I sent videos and photo to the company for review and they told me they could do. The movers said they were not equipped and that we were nuts to think they could move it.

I waited for a week for my estimate. I called and the scanner was broke. I waited longer. I called again. Now I'm not scheduled. It's the day before the move and now I am no where on the schedule.......Chris was nice. Bill or Bob whatever his name was was extremely rude with no customer service skills or care at all for the negative impact the mistakes made on my situation. Then a miracle happened.....The estimate came through my email five minutes after bill Bob yelled at me. It was about double of what I expected based on ... read more
