Extremely disappointed with this shipping company and would not recommend them to anyone moving valuable furniture or household items. Multiple items were damaged due to careless handling and lack of proper protection during transport, resulting in approximately $500 worth of damage. The treadmill was placed on its side during wrapping/unwrapping, which crushed the plastic hinges on the cover under the unit’s own weight. During our move they charged us an extra $150 to move a heavy bookshelf, broke the bookshelf during the process we paid a huge amount for and refused to cover. It. There are a lot of movers in Chicago. I would suggest you go with someone else.
Horrible crooks NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They showed up 5 hours late with damaged materials. They didn’t reassemble several items and way over billed us by extending the hours on delivery. They’re own workers told us we’d be entitled to a claim to cover the damages but the company continued to ignore calls and emails. They had a woman named Judy Urquiza say we would be getting reimbursed but then disappeared. Highly fraudulent.
Buyer beware! First was given a quote for 1440 for my move. Then they show up 45 minutes late and give a new estimate of 2200. They ran an hour over the time they quoted and at the end of it all they charged 3400. 1500 of that was for packing material which I did not agree to or want. That was all their choice. The.
