Please do NOT use this company to help you move. They took all day for a small job, left so many items back at my old apartment, broke some furniture and put together so poorly my kids beds that they broke, and the customer service is absolutely terrible! They do not try to help at all. So disappointed and will never use them again!
STAY AWAY! This is a fraudulent company. They give a reasonable quote to get the business then on moving day they increase the price and hold your belongings on their truck until you pay. I was quoted $2300 and ended up paying over $7000.
Terrible company. Unethical. Unprofessional. Avoid them! They vandalized my furniture and refuse to take responsibility. So now I have to take them to court.
Horrible, scheming crooks. Once the movers showed up they increased the price I was told due to an incorrect quote on their part for packing materials. I was told to pay and they would refund which they also sent an email confirming that. It has been 4 months and nothing received. They were also caught on our security camera damaging our house when one of the movers attempted to carry a large piece of furniture by himself and dropped it onto our front door post. From my experience, I would not recommend this company. Too many last minute surprises. Big important items not moved even though they were on the list. A confusing answer to every simple question. Oh and no response now after several weeks to the complaint I lodged with customer service. They want you to have cash, a cashiers check or pay 4% on top of the bill if you use a card. Recommended1. Move took 12 hours instead of original quoted 7 hours and revised 10 hours. Movers did not move expediently 2. brought 4 large items that were labeled do not move. Had to pay to have hauled away 3. Left 2 critical items electric wheelchair and file cabinet that were to be moved. 75 year old mother had to arrange to fix. 4. left refrigerator because water was attached. Do not use this company! They tell you want to hear so that you will book. It’s all lies. We chose this company based on their good reviews but now I’m wondering if they are fake. Maybe they are ok for local moves but not long distance. They are horrible at communicating what is going on and do not keep you updated. Almost everything that could go wrong has. Save yourself and chose a different moving company.
They showed up a day and a half late. They quoted me a third more than what was originally quoted, and after 4 hours all they had done was shrink wrap the couch. They loaded the truck with a third of our stuff and then unloaded everything. Manager refused to speak directly with me, stating “he doesn’t speak directly with customers”.
