RecommendedThis move went like clockwork, even during the May 23 downpour! It started when I scheduled the move. The office staff had my information well organized and they followed up by phone prior to the move. My 3 movers arrived as promised and worked very well as a team. All items arrived safe and dry. I felt in good hands at all times AND for a good price. This project came in on time and under budget. Don't hesitate to hire these people.
RecommendedWe moved from today from Collin Co to Denton Co. We grossly underestimated how much shit we had to move. Our movers were great (Troy Miguel and i forget the third name). They busted their asses and got everyone loaded moved and unloaded in record time. They were friendly and respectful. 5 stars.

You’re dumb fucking driver failed to stop at a stop sign and ran into a 3 way intersection as I was coming down the main road. The had to slam on my fucking breaks, sending my MAL into my dash. Then when your dumb ass driver was coming up to a light, ran right through it. Jeopardizing others over simply taking ownership of what just happened. I think an ass beating is in order. RecommendedI would give a great review but I've called numerous times about an issue with my move on Saturday, 01/25/2025, but have not received a return call. The move crew borrowed my tools but did not return them. I want them back.

I had issues with a crew leader and crew on the first move. The office resolved the issue then insured I would get a new crew on my next move. Well the last crew leader showed up again and mismanaged!

Donna. I hate to see this post as in 26 years of business we have Never cancelled on any of Our customers unless whether has prevented us from moving that day, however, even then we do not cancel. We reschedule them to the very next day that we can move when roads are clear. so I’m thinking you may have booked with a different company and are mistaken them for us 
We hired Firehouse to help us move several weeks ago. Booking was a breeze. Getting a quote was easy. Having them actually moving our items was a whole different story. The movers arrived and barely spoke two words to us other than asking what they were moving. I asked them about boxes for our TVs because we had inquired about them prior to the move.
