Truly the worst moving experience of my life. I have moved several times - both locally and across the country - and never have I had an experience like this. First of all, their estimate turned out to be half of the actual price of the move. Any reasonable person would expect an estimate to be off 10, maybe 15%….but not 100%. charge more than quoted. driver gave themselves a 205.00 dollar tip we did not authorize. took long time to settle cliam.hard time reaching them after move.they stall on claim so you run out of time file. i would never use them again
Great job moving and storage out of Virginia. Unfortunately was the most horrible experience. Broken three pieces of my furniture antiques and was promised to be sent a form for reimbursement or repairs. Repeated phone calls, emails with no response. Jayson Chapman was my contact person and will not take my calls respond to my emails. We will take your money but they will not respond to the repairs of your broken furniture which I think is very unfair. I’ve documented and sent emails with pictures. Terrible experience from start to finish (Late, Wrong Truck, Damaged Belongings, Rude & Bill was $200 over Estimate!!). Our truck was over 2.5 hours late and we were on a deadline (every time we called they said they were 20 minutes away). They then brought the wrong size truck, which was way too small, and required them to jam 2X the amount of stuff that should be in that size truck.
