I watched him in amazement as he carried my extremely heavy sectional couches with recliners and sofa sleeper downstairs holding each piece over his head since the stairwell was too narrow (and had a sharp turn halfway down) to do it any other way. RecommendedWe had John's team store our stuff while my husband was deployed. When they loaded up our stuff there was a team of 5-6 guys. They had our whole place loaded in their truck in 30 minutes (we boxed everything ourselves). They even wrapped our sectional couch in a heavy plastic for us. They took our stuff and stored it for a year and when they delivered it back to us, they were actually earlier than they said (which is awesome). I been keeping my storage for three years with them. I have to schedule an appointment to see my belongings. They don’t answer their phone call, I been requesting my delivery for couple of weeks and they keep telling me that nothing has been scheduled. Worst service ever🤬
