I have waited to make this post because I wanted to ensure ample time for the company to make it right. In April I scheduled our move from El Paso to California. They came out gave a quote that was the most reasonable quote I could find. Another family had used them to load and said they had done an awesome job and so I went with it. They also offered a cleaning ($500) and a month of free storage (I had already planned to pay for storage so this was helpful). I hired this company to pack and move my belongings while my husband was deployed and I planned to move home with my parents. They took advantage of the fact that I was alone with a small baby and couldn't watch them and stole so many of our belongings. We have moved several times through the military but this was our first "self" move and I was used to the military taking care of all the details. I wasn't aware there were different options for insurance, but with this company, whatever they break they pay 6¢ on the pound. S... read more

I’ve used this company many times and the actual movers are great but the office staff is lacking. I’ve used this company 3x this year for business and they present a discount in front and then gouge you in the end saying there’s nothing they can do I’ve been a repeat customer and I always tip the guys. I feel like I was totally mislead and I expressed my concerns to the staff and they basically told me they couldn’t help. I have another moved planned in 2 months and I won’t be using this company. Very sad
Was recommended by a realtor so we went with the company but after all was said and done, we had tons of broken crystal and plates and cups. They say they have insurance in case anything were to happen but they won’t even answer their phones. I leave messages but they never call me back. Some owner!!! Seemed nice in person but everyone can fake a smile!! IM VERY MAD AND DISSATISFIED!!!

Mrs. Escarciga, under what name was your move? I cannot find you in our system. As the owner, I have not personally met you. However if what you are saying is true, I am sorry and I am sure we can make things right but I need to know whose name the job was booked under.
We hired company to move us and their movers were a mess. They took our bedrooms apart and our brand new table and left screws at old house, so they had to go back and pick up screws to build beds and table. They scratched our new table and built it wrong and stripped the screws to it, also they broke parts of our bed and tore our couch as well as our bedroom lamp and when my husband complained they did nothing to fix it. They cancelled on us one hour before arrival. I will never recommend this business.
